For the filling
- 300 g fresh spinach (or 200 g frozen, thawed & drained)
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 150 g mozzarella (shredded)
- 50 g feta cheese (optional but delicious!)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
For the pastry
- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
