Garlic, Cloves & Honey: What Mixing Them Can — and Can’t — Do for Your Health

🍯 GARLIC, CLOVES & HONEY HEALTH TONIC

✅ Ingredients

  • 1 cup (about 25–30 cloves) fresh garlic, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves

  • 1 cup raw honey (enough to cover everything)

  • Optional: a small piece of ginger for extra flavor and immunity boost

🥣 Instructions

1. Prepare the Garlic

  • Peel all garlic cloves.

  • You can lightly crush each clove with a knife to activate allicin (the beneficial compound).

2. Sterilize the Jar

  • Use a clean glass jar with a tight lid.

  • Rinse with hot water or briefly steam to sterilize.

3. Add Ingredients to the Jar

  • Place the garlic cloves inside the jar.

  • Add the whole cloves on top.

4. Pour in the Honey
