Ingredients:
1 lb. ground lamb (or beef, for Cottage Pie)
1 onion, chopped.

2 carrots, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas.

Cooking dishware set

2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef or chicken broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.

1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed.

4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional).

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
