- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
