Ingredients

For the Pastry Cream:

  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 10 grams vanilla sugar
  • 15 grams cornstarch
  • 250 ml milk

For the Cake Mix:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • Pinch of salt
